Welcome to Sadie The Laundry Lady! By using this website or any of my laundry services, you're agreeing to the following terms and conditions, which work alongside our privacy policy to outline the expectations between you (the customer) and me, Sadie The Laundry Lady. If any part of these terms doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the site or services.

 
Services
Sadie The Laundry Lady provides professional wash, dry, and fold laundry services to families and businesses in the St. George, Utah area. I work hard to deliver excellent results on time, every time — just like I’d want for my own family. While I do my absolute best to stay on schedule, things like weather or emergencies may occasionally cause delays. If that happens, I’ll always keep you in the loop.

 
Customer Responsibilities
To help me take the best care of your laundry, I ask that you include any special care instructions for delicate or unique items. It's also your responsibility to make sure your laundry doesn’t include anything unsafe (like hazardous items or objects left in pockets). I can’t be responsible for damage caused by items not disclosed or garments with hidden issues.

 
Payment and Charges
Payment is due at the time of service setup or as outlined in your subscription plan. I accept a variety of secure payment methods, and all pricing will be clearly shown before checkout. If there's ever a billing issue, reach out to me directly so we can get it resolved quickly.

 
Limitation of Liability
I handle your laundry with great care, but sometimes things happen that are outside of my control — like manufacturer defects or fabric weaknesses. If there’s ever an issue, my liability is limited to no more than 10 times the amount you paid for that specific service.

 
Changes to Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted right here, and using the site or services after updates means you agree to the new version. I recommend checking in once in a while to stay up to date.

Limitation of Liability
I do my very best to take great care of every item I wash, dry, and fold. That said, I can’t be held responsible for normal wear and tear or things outside my control — like buttons falling off, zippers breaking, or clothes ripping during the wash. If there’s something delicate or special that needs extra care, please let me know ahead of time so I can do my best to treat it accordingly. I’m also not liable for any damage caused by items left in pockets (like pens, makeup, or gum) or any undisclosed fabric issues or pre-existing damage.

 
Tote Policy
All clean laundry is returned folded in a Sadie The Laundry Lady tote. If your tote gets lost or damaged, there will be a $10 replacement fee. If you're on a subscription, I'll be picking up your totes every Saturday morning between 7–8 AM. Please leave them out for pickup so we can keep things running smoothly.
