Yes! I want you to feel good about what’s being used on your clothes. I offer a few different detergent options, including regular, fragrance-free, plant-based and sensitive-skin formulas.

If you have an allergy, just let me know when you place your order — I’m happy to accommodate!

Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours, but we also offer expedited services if you need your laundry sooner.

I do offer next-day turnaround as an add-on! Your laundry will be picked up, professionally washed, dried, folded, and delivered back to you within 24 hours. I know how busy life can get — especially for mamas — so I keep it quick, consistent, and stress-free.

A single load includes 10–15 pounds of laundry — about the amount that fits in one tall kitchen trash bag (13 gallons), or roughly 1–2 laundry baskets full.

Nope! Please make a note when you choose all your preferences on the questionaire if you have any special instructions. And also, please make sure there’s nothing in pockets and no non-clothing items in the bag/basket before pickup.

Just let me know! I can use fragrance-free plant based detergent (it's on the questionaire you fill out before you schedule your pickup). I want your laundry to feel just right for your family.

Yes! You can add ironing or steaming as an optional add-on. Perfect for dress shirts, work clothes, or anything you want crisp and wrinkle-free.

Absolutely. I offer a bedding bundle for your whole household — just let me know when booking and I’ll take care of the rest.

Yes! I sanitize my machine daily (or after a very dirty wash) and use a steam sanitation cycle to make sure your laundry is done in a clean, fresh environment.

Yes! First-time customers receive a special discount when you sign up for my email newsletter so you can try it out and see how helpful it is before subscribing.

Life happens! I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup, please give at least 24 hours notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Just send me a text at (435)-414-1295

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time will incur a $10 non-refundable fee. This helps cover time and planning already set aside just for you. Thank you for understanding!

Not at all. Just leave your basket of laundry on your doorstep (or another agreed-upon spot), and I’ll handle the rest!

You can pay by card on the website. I use an extention called Stripe. Invoices are sent after scheduling.

Absolutely! I know every family is different, and I want your laundry done your way. When you are scheduling your pickup, there is a questionaire that you will fill out and I will recieve all of your personal preferences.

Yes! Just leave your laundry in a basket or bag for pickup. If you're signed up for a monthly subscription, I’ll give you a Sadie The Laundry Lady canvas laundry bag to use for all your future pickups. Your clean clothes will come back folded neatly in a tote, and I’ll swing by every Saturday morning between 7–8 a.m. to pick those totes back up for the next round.
